This part of the assessment measures your interpersonal and teamwork skills in action. You will get to join a group of other young professionals like yourself and work on a given task.
Our assessors will provide you with the necessary material and background information required to carry out your task effectively. The topic of the task you will be working on is general and not related to a specific field or industry.
Your discussion will be observed and your skills will be scored based on how you communicated your ideas to the other team members and how you contributed to the overall outcome of your team.
Participate actively in the group.
Respect the values and opinions of others.
Listen to what others have to say.
'You can't be assessed if you can't be heard' - try to speak clearly.
Be friendly and cooperative but defend your point of view.
Enjoy the experience!
